Corporations

Our team provides comprehensive advice and guidance to a select group of corporations. The corporations may be public or private, and may or may not require financing. The corporations must, however, have attributes that give them the best possible chance for success: proven capable management, great products with excellent market opportunities, intellectual property protection, near or current revenue, and an extremely high standard of quality and service that reflects our own. Of course, any investment into these companies must have the potential for outsized returns and a path to liquidity.

If a corporation does require financing, Probity assists management in selecting a process and dealer(s) that will contribute meaningfully to the company’s success. Further demonstrating our commitment, Probity ensures it is additive to the funding arrangements, contributing both our efforts and investment relationships to the process. Focusing on excellence in every aspect of each deal, our goal is simply to outperform the rest.

Given all of the above, Probity only takes on a limited number of corporate clients so that we may deliver upon the high standards we have set. Simply put, we choose to work with a small number of amazing corporations instead of a large pool of businesses with varied potential. We believe this precept has set the stage for our success, and for the success of our investors.
